At I Love Juice Bar in Midtown, the knowledgeable staff knows that sometimes busy schedules and hard days mean voracious appetites. And while Juice Bar's selection of juices, smoothies, power shots and superfood additions can all serve to give you the strength you need to make it through your day, folks looking for a healthy bite to eat will find a lot to love on the menu, too. It's all part of Juice Bar's mission to give consumers on the go healthy options to fit individual needs and tastes—and when it comes to the food, it all tastes really good!

In a hurry? The Juice Bar staff keeps fresh menu items ready to grab-and-go in the cooler. Have special dietary needs? They'll be happy to make a customized version of any menu item right on site while you wait. Vegans, vegetarians and people following gluten-free diets won't find a better selection of foods in town. So if you've been looking for a fast way to eat healthy, check out these delicious options available now—including a new soup program just in time for cooler weather:

*Spout Sandwich: This tasty mix of avocado, cucumber, tomato and Arkansas-grown sprouts is served up fresh on gluten-free bread with veganaise.

*Parfait: Made with thick, creamy Greek yogurt topped with blueberries, granola and honey from the Natural State.

*Kale Salad: A hearty mix of local kale, cucumbers, quinoa, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, black beans and cherry tomatoes that is both filling and delicious.

*Vegan Spring Rolls: These tasty spring rolls take spinach, carrots, mint, cilantro, avocado and fresh romaine, wrap it all in rice paper, and serve it with a tasty peanut dipping sauce.

Looking for snacks on the go? Juice bar can help there, too, with these smaller items that pack a lot of delicious, healthy flavor:

*Local company Geek Eats hummus served with gluten-free dippers like carrots, celery and cucumber.
*Local bakery Dempsey Bakery's delicious gluten-free cracker bread and Dempsey's gluten-free muffins in flavors like lemon blueberry and pumpkin chocolate chip.
*Whole coconuts, chia and protein bars.

And starting this week, the Juice Bar is rolling out their new soup menu full of fresh-made soups to warm the body with cold weather right around the corner. There's something here for everyone!

*Tomato Basil: This dairy-free, made from scratch tomato soup is simple and warming, with notes of fresh basil, garlic and Roma tomatoes. Coconut milk offers a creaminess that makes it similar to a tomato bisque.

*Black Bean: Dairy-free, with a base of homemade vegetable broth that gives life to a simple, black bean soup. This flavorful and filling concoction has hints of fresh jalapeño and cilantro—and is great with a little fresh jalapeño juice added for someone looking for soup with an extra kick!

*Garden Vegetable: A classic, slow-cooked soup made with Juice Bar's own homemade vegetable broth. This dairy-free soup is jam packed with veggies that are perfectly cooked to a point of softness while still maintaining a fresh veggie taste. Every bite is full of several root vegetables, making this is one of the most grounding and nutritious soups Juice Bar serves!

*Butternut Squash: The perfect soup for autumn, with a  thick, creamy texture and rich flavor. Sweet and spicy tones from the squash, cinnamon, coconut milk and cayenne pepper make the flavors in this soup dance on the tongue, and the addition of fresh parsley right at the end gives it just a touch of bright and uplifting tones. Pairs awesome with the kale and quinoa salad!

*Red lentil: This dairy-free, plant-based soup tastes just like a vegetarian version of a chicken and rice soup! This soup is water based and made with our homemade veggie broth and nutritious lentils. By far one of our most popular soups, tastes like a "homemade grandma soup," but is still part of a healthy lifestyle.

No matter the meal, and no matter your needs, I Love Juice Bar stands ready to help you make the healthy, delicious choices that make eating right a lot of fun. Stop in today with questions or to try something fresh, tasty and local!
