Coursey's Smoke House in St. Joe (just north of the Buffalo River on Hwy 65) does it up nice and smokey.
Note the prices on the board. And the fact that they ship the bacon.
The Hams and the Summer Sausage wait for purchase.
The place just smells amazing. One day I'm getting one of those hams. I usually just get the Summer Sausage or a sammich. A piled high smoked turkey or ham with cheese is $4.50. On this trip, I just bought two of the summer sausages. Stop by if you're in the neighborhood, I promise you the folks are friendly and the food is good. Various local jams and jellies also for sale.
Do you know of another good Arkansas smokehouse?
