Ark. Times Musicians Showcase Round 4: Damn Bullets

Damn Bullets

Formed: Fall 04.

From: Little Rock/Conway.

Members: Paul Morphis (guitar, vocals), Joe Sundell (guitar, banjo, harmonica, vocals), DJ Bennett (bass, vocals) and Graeme Higgins (drums).

Sounds like: Psych-folk. Moby Grape.

Last year: The band came in second in the Showcase. In years past, that’s been a road map to taking home the prize the following year.

Ghostly: The Bullets back-up singer/songwriter Justin Carr in Ghost Co., a band that sings exclusively of ghosts and features dancing girls. They're at White Water on Friday with the Good Fear.

Albums: A self-titled self-release.

Where you'll find them: White Water Tavern on March 29. Isle of Capri Casino on March 21 and Juanita's on March 29.
