Thursday: Cory Morrow, Sharon Douglas, Wallace Lucas

In case we haven't promoted it enough, tonight is the fourth round of the ARKANSAS TIMES MUSICIANS SHOWCASE. Another week, another strong slate of local music: Midwest Caravan, Rockst*r, Good Time Ramblers and the Chicklettes. At Sticky Fingerz as usual, 9 p.m., $5.

Meanwhile, Austin, Texas, folk-rocker Cory Morrow headlines at Revolution, 9 p.m.

Vocalist Sharon Douglas offers an after-dinner revue, with French songs, comedy and novelty numbers, at Cafe 42, 7 p.m., $27.95.

Wallace Lucas, better known as Sulac, plays a solo gig at Satellite, 9 p.m., free.

Nashville's the Effects bring their guitar-rock to On the Rocks, 9 p.m., $5.

Fayetteville blues brothers the Eoffs headline at Cajun's, 9 p.m., $5.

As usual, the Ted Ludwig Jazz Trio starts at the Capital Bar, before moving to the Afterthought, 8:30 p.m., $5.
