Holy Mole.

Amidst Central Arkansas' several Mexican and Mexican-esque chains (including El Parton, Senor Tequila, Casa Mexicana, El Parian, and more), there's the slightly-more-than-ordinary Casa Manana.  Maybe not old enough to be venerable, but certainly established well enough to be considered a Little Rock staple, and with one of the best traditional margaritas to be found in Pulaski County.  You're welcome to read more on the Tie Dye Travels website... including my impression of the dish above, the Mole Poblano.  And, if you do go, give the tacos a shot -- the crisp fried flour shells and shredded beef are a far cry from the corn-tortilla-and-ground-beef most of us have come to expect from "Mexican" fare.
