From the unparalleled KrisAllenNation.com.

So the details for the "American Idol" finale are shaking loose. mjsbigblog reports that Adam and Kris will each sing three songs: the Idol coronation song (possibly written by Kara DioGuardi); one song picked by producer Simon Fuller; and one contestant's pick, which might be a reprisal of a song from earlier in the season or a new song.

Carrie Underwood is also slated to perform live on Tuesday's two hour show. She'll be doing her cover of Motley Crue's "Home Sweet Home" live.

If Michael Jackson doesn't show up on Wednesday, the results finale is going to be terrible. So far the confirmed bill includes David Cook, the Black Eyed Peas, Queen Latifah, Keith Urban, Lionel Richie, Carlos Santana and Cyndi Lauper.
