Star Bar becomes a "vintage Bunny Club" tonight in honor of Amber Campisi, a Playboy Playmate who shows up on all those Playboy reality shows from time to time. DJ SpencRx spins. Sexy and/or vintage attire encouraged, 9 p.m., $5.

Hayes Carll's lead guitarist Travis Linville returns solo to White Water, 9 p.m., $5.

The Arkansas Queen hosts a blues and reggae cruise featuring DJ Paul, Sir Lloyd Husky, Ras Levi and K-One, 10 p.m., $22 (reservations).

Eight-piece funk-soul act Josh Weather and the True Endeavors comes to Maxine's, 9 p.m., $5.

Thornton Wilder's “Our Town” continues its run at the Weekend Theater, 7:30 p.m., $10-$14.

Named for a Rastafarian term for “natural” and “pure,” the Itals specialize in tightly woven three-part vocal harmonies. Keith Richards has called “In Dis Ya Time,” the Jamaica act's bright, swaying, signature hit, the “perfect reggae song.” And SPIN called the band the best reggae act at this year's Bonnaroo. Reggae shows like this don't come along in these parts but once in a blue moon. Clear your calendar for 9 p.m. on Saturday at Revolution, $10.

Velvet Kente is among the acts helping the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center celebrate its one-year anniversary; the Parkview Players will offer living history presentations as well, 10 a.m., free.

There'll be bachata, cumbia, merengue and reggaeton jams coming out of the Arkansas Queen's Latino Tropicana Cruise, 10 p.m., $22 adv., $25 d.o.s.

Fayetteville's David's Pegasus offer an engaging, oddball multimedia indie rock show that merges Biblical lore and 8-bit videogames at Maxine's, 9 p.m., $5; with After the Crash, too.

Jackson, Miss.-based Ballet Magnificat offers a free performance at the Summit Church in North Little Rock, 7 p.m., free.
