Joe Buck.

Hellbilly hero Joe Buck looks like a deranged version of Jon Voight and usually spends his time on stage hollerin' about being strung out on "hillbilly junk" or being evil. He's at White Water Tavern, 10 p.m., donations.

Tulsa indie rockers Dead Sea Choir have drawn comparisons to Radiohead. Dignan opens at Sticky Fingerz, 9:30 p.m., $5.

Bloomington folk-punk Austin Lucas comes to Juanita's, with Kevin Kerby opening, 9 p.m., $5.

As usual, Carl Mouton jams at the Afterthought, 8 p.m., and John Willis plays piano at SpeakEasy, 9 p.m. Both are free.
