FRIDAY 12/18

At Sticky Fingerz, local indie collective Bear Colony performs with Dead Sea Choir and the Holy House supporting, 9 p.m., $6.

Local pop rock act Whale Fire shares a bill at Pizza D with Heavy Dream opening, 9 p.m.

At the Town Pump, pop trio Winston Family Orchestra performs with Cymba supporting, 9 p.m., $3.

The fun continues at the Public Theatre with “An ImprovLittleRock Family Christmas,” 10 p.m., $8.

“The Last White Class” enters its final weekend at the Weekend Theater, 7:30 p.m., $10-$14.

SATURDAY 12/19

It's a convergence of the old school with the new at Revolution as hillbilly favorites Big Smith share a bill with bluegrass-influenced country-pop duo Nik and Sam, 9 p.m., $6.

You'll have to scalp tickets if you want to see local celebrities sing karaoke to raise money for Youth Home at the Village; the Buzz-sponsored concert sold out in just under four hours, 7 p.m.

New Orleans rapper G-Easy shares a bill at ACAC with 607 and Maxx, 10 p.m., $10.

ImprovLittleRock gives Dickens' “A Christmas Carol” an audience-driven, comic
twist, 10 p.m., $8, Public Theatre.
