New burger on the (Bill) St.

Posted By on Thu, Apr 29, 2010 at 9:54 AM

I have been pestered repeatedly this past month about the Bill Burger at Bill St. Grill and Pub. So yeah, had to go try it. And you know what? Now I know what all the hubbub is about. My suggestion, if you go -- wait to order an appetizer until after you see the size of the burger (half a pound!). Ask for medium rare (yes, they cook to order). And enjoy the patio while the weather's still nice. More about my experience over at Serious Eats: A Hamburger Today.
