A week from now, a Little Rock landmark will close its doors for good. The Band Box, or as we locals know it The Box, has just a week left before operations cease at the Main and 17th Street location. Went in the other day and it was packed for the lunchtime crowd. Yes, Arthur and the crew are still doing their magical dance in that tiny kitchen. No, it’s not closing for good — they’re going to open the new location at 7th and Ringo some time in August. Lament not. More ruminations and the like over at Tie Dye Travels.
