Our partner Half Off Depot has some great deals on now for 1620, Capi's, Trio's and Catfish City. The way it works, for those who haven't yet joined the bandwagon, is that you buy a gift certificate for $X that's worth twice what you pay for $X. The prices vary depending on the restaurant. The deals for 1620, Capi's and Trio's are all printable. You get a PDF that serves as your certificate. Restrictions vary, but I'm pretty sure none cover tax and gratuity. And note that the deal for Trio's doesn't cover alcohol.

UPDATE: Now there are deals for Loca Luna and Red Door, too.
