Rodrigues Three Amigos
  • Rodrigue's "Three Amigos"

New Orleans artist George Rodrigue of Blue Dog fame has donated a signed silkscreen of his work "Three Amigos" to the non-profit Thea Foundation for a raffle. Get one ticket for $5 or five for $20 to win the print and help Thea fund its statewide arts programs. The drawing will be held at the "In the Blue" fund-raiser Nov. 5 at the Clinton Presidential Center.

Maybe one of our local Three Amigos — the name given North Little Rock Mayor Pat Hays, County Judge Buddy Villines and former Little Rock mayor Jim Dailey for their civic efforts — will go on a raffle-ticket spree to see who can win the print. I'd say Dailey is the cat, Villines the bulldog and Hays the blue dog. If you see them, tell them.
