Showoff cookoff

Posted By on Mon, Nov 1, 2010 at 12:32 PM

Six of the state's more notorious chefs will be showing off the recipes that won AY Magazine's 2010 Reader Recipe Contest this year Thursday night. Chefs Donnie Ferneau of Ferneau Restaurant, Lee Richardson of Ashley's, David Bennett of Vieux Carre, Tim Morton of 1620, Ted Roman of the Arlington Hotel and Brian Deloney of Maddie’s Place will be preparing the dishes while guests partake of heavy hor d'oeurves and beverages; then the judging will commence. Sounds like a fun night to me. It's all taking place at the Campus Center Grand Hall at Pulaski Technical College's Main Campus. Tickets are $50 each. Find out more here.
