Poached pear salad. Smoked salmon pizza. Kobe beef sliders. Some of the interesting things you'll find on the menu at Bentonville's Petit Bistro. Chef Dane Main is bringing a French-Asian fusion to a little chalet on north Walton Boulevard with some strong measure of success. Since its opening last April, the clientele has grown to include a fine cast of regulars.

The kitchen is smaller than my bedroom and there's a spring running out back... lots of neat things to discover about this more-than-meets-the-eye restaurant over at Tie Dye Travels.
