Last night: Ben Nichols

Posted By on Wed, Jan 12, 2011 at 11:29 AM

Ben Nichols played a low-key, in-store show yesterday evening at Arkansas CD and Record Exchange in North Little Rock. A crowd of about 25 gathered to watch the Lucero front man play a few songs to celebrate the vinyl release of his solo album, "The Last Pale Light in the West." Nichols played a couple of tunes of the record, including "Davy Brown" (which you can find on the jump), and a few old favorites like "Hello Sadness" (above). Some read meat for the Lucero diehards out there: Nichols also played a new Lucero song.
