Damien Jurado - 'Arkansas' (live at White Water Tavern)

Posted By on Tue, Mar 15, 2011 at 2:54 PM

Times graphic designer (and writer of killer songs) Doug Benjamin was on hand last night to catch a candid, intimate, goosebump-inducing group singalong to Damien Jurado's ode to the Natural State, sung unplugged and in the middle of the crowd. The song starts about halfway through, but definitely stick around for his story.

I think this is one of the cases where the video speaks for itself. If you're prone to welling up, you'll probably want to grab a hanky.
