The Walton Arts Center just unveiled a bunch of upcoming performances throughout 2011 and 2012, a few of which even caught Rock Candy’s jaded, jaundiced eye: country grande dame Loretta Lynn on Sept. 23; hair-metal musical “Rock of Ages” Nov. 15-20; some sort of Kenny Rogers Christmas special on Dec. 7; cantankerous, sputtering rageaholic Lewis Black on Jan. 28; “The Intergalactic Nemesis,” billed as a “live-action graphic novel,” on Feb. 4; and the original lineup of Béla Fleck & The Flecktones on April 12.
