Argenta ArtWalk: Charles Harrington

"Charles Harrington: A Sense of Place" opens Friday at Greg Thompson Gallery, 429 Main St., and there will be a reception during the 5-8 p.m. Argenta ArtWalk.

Harrington, who happens to hold degrees in architecture from the University of Arkansas, is a landscape painter and retired art and architecture professor from Louisiana Tech University.

Harrington will talk about his work at 1 p.m. Saturday. Tickets to the talk are $10.
