Art volunteers to Wikipedia's rescue

This is a great story: Volunteers, including historians, gathered recently at the the Smithsonian Institution's Archives of American Art for an "edit-a-thon" to improve Wiki entries on the Armory Show. As a volunteer pointed out, Wikipedia details every episode of TV's "Seinfeld" but its art history entries are lackluster. In an afternoon, the volunteers created pages for Armory artists; read the story in the Chronicle of Philanthropy here; there's a good video there as well, which I couldn't manage to embed in this post.
