We just got word that Loretta Lynn has undergone a successful operation on her knee. Which is good news, but it also means that her fall shows - including the one scheduled for Sept. 23 at the Walton Arts Center - have been postponed.

The coal miner's daughter will come to Fayetteville Feb. 16, and all tickets that have already been purchased will be honored for the rescheduled show.

Loretta says she's doing fine and looking forward to a speedy recovery.
