The Arkansas Repertory Theatre will host Rocco Landesman, chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts, at 4 p.m. Tuesday.

The panel discussion, titled “Creative Placemaking in Little Rock,” will include Rep Producing Artistic Director Bob Hupp and Oxford American Publisher Warwick Sabin, with Arkansas Arts Council Executive Director Joy Pennington moderating the panel. Arkansas’s First Lady, Ginger Beebe, will introduce the panel

This marks Landesman’s first visit to Arkansas. The panel is free and open to the public, with refreshments and a reception starting at 5 p.m.
