Hursley's silo story

Posted By on Fri, Mar 9, 2012 at 9:17 AM

Like Andy Warhol before him, only in a more abbreviated fashion, Timothy Hursley has made a video of an unmoving object — a silo in Hale County, Ala., that he's long been fascinated by — now featured in the Oxford American. Unlike Warhol, whose "Empire" was a film made over eight hours of the Empire State Building, Hursley's video is made up of photographic shots compressed into a six-minute video.

The video accompanies an article about Little Rock's famed architectural photographer.
