An exhibition of works by Little Rock illustrator Mick Wiggins in Gallery III of the Fine Arts Center at UALR is scheduled to go down in 12 short days.

Wiggins — a transplant from Berkeley, Calif., where he lived and worked for 30 years — has had work in the Wall Street Journal and New York Magazine, counts AT&T and Simon & Schuster among his clients and recently completed a series of cover illustrations commissioned by Penguin Classics for the entire John Steinbeck catalogue. Wiggins works in a clean, flat style reminiscent of illustrations of the 1930s. The work will be up through March 22.
