UALR: Hursley, Buys, Allen, Kollwitz, Piranesi

"Works from the Permanent Collection," an exhibit of University of Arkansas at Little Rock holdings from student and professional artists, opens today in Gallery I of the Fine Arts Center. Among the professional artists: Takeshi Katori, Lawrence Rugolo, Karen Kunc (below), Beverly Buys, Tim Hursley, Henry Cravens, William Poe, Jeff Freeman, Al Allen, Kathe Kollwitz, Giovanni Battista Piranesi. Works purchased from the annual student competitive show include work by Valerie Wingert, Terry Wooldridge, Liu Nan (see the picture above) and others.

Summer gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
