The Packet House Grill at 1406 Cantrell Road is no longer offering lunch, head chef Wes Ellis said Tuesday, and a couple of chefs have had to be laid off. The lunch business wasn’t sustainable, he said. The restaurant is open for dinner from 4-9:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and from 5-9 p.m. Saturday.
