Big news for Little Rockers hungry for great dining options: Lee Richardson, the New Orleans native who turned Ashley's into one of the best restaurants in the state during his tenure as executive chef from 2007 to 2012, is taking over as owner and executive chef of the Packet House Grill in West Little Rock, according to a report from Arkansas Business. Richardson's first official day as chef and owner is today, but he hasn't yet developed his own menu.

Local foodies have been eagerly awaiting the next project from Richardson, who was a James Beard award nominee several times while at the Capital. The move to the Packet House has long been a rumor, including in our comments section

Her dance abilities had clearly diminished, as they naturally would over two decades. I mean, she's 50. And has a newborn. I get it, but it's like they're grasping at recreating 20 year-old Janet instead of focusing on what makes 50 year-old Janet amazing, and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t terribly disappointed.
