On November 10, South on Main's Matt Bell will be cooking up a dinner to benefit No Kid Hungry, a charity dedicated to ending childhood hunger in America. Matt's got some help: Travis McConnell of Butcher and Public, Kelli Marks of Sweet Love, Felicia Suzanne of Felicia Suzanne's in Memphis, and Jeff Owen of Ciao Baci will all be tearing it up in the kitchen in order to serve up a tasty meal for a great cause. Tickets are still available here.

And since it's always strange going into a meal not knowing what you're going to eat, you all will be happy to know that I've gotten my hot little hands on a copy of the menu, and am happy to share it with you all now:

First Course (Felicia Suzanne):

Trio of Deviled Eggs — smoked salmon and caviar, hot sauced bacon, chow-chow with Flo's tomato jam

Second Course (Jeff Owen):

Roasted Pumpkin Tamale — pork belly cracklins, pepitos salsa verde

Third Course (Matt Bell):

Roasted Catfish — crispy fried grits, mustard greens, onion jam

Fourth Course (Travis McConnell):

Pork Crepinette — shiitake ragu, watercress

Fifth Course (Kelli Marks):

Cranberry Apple Cake — brown sugar buttercream, snickerdoodle ice cream

Sounds like quite a feast, and one that I'm sure none of you will want to miss. Little Rock has been one of the nation's best cities for No Kid Hungry fundraising, so let's keep our charitable streak alive — and do it deliciously.
