Another day, another chain restaurant heading to Little Rock. This time it’s Boneheads, a casual fish-chicken-taco-salad-wrap type place that previously entered the Arkansas market with a store in Bentonville. I’ve confirmed with the Promenade that Boneheads is slated for a Feb. 13 opening in the West Little Rock shopping center, and they’re on track to get their liquor license as well.

I haven’t eaten at a Boneheads before, but the menu looks light, with lots of grilled options and vegetables. It’s a crowded market out there in the Promenade, but if the food is good and the price is right, I’ll bet this place has no problem competing.
