1. The Wandering Lake - "It's You!"
The Wandering Lake was a longtime recording project by Fayetteville's Brian Kupillas, and is now a very good band. This song seems particularly great, triumphant in an "All Things Must Pass" way, and features Jack Lloyd and John Willis.

2. Dionte BOOM - "Fish Market"
It's easy to listen to Little Rock's Dionte BOOM, get too comfortable and miss the fact that he's saying things like, "We're still very much alive in the deep abyss."

3. Radradriot - "All I Ever Wanted Was for a Girl to Look at Me the Way She Looked At Her Cats"
Here's something new from Little Rock noise-punk duo Radradriot, from their new cassette split with Rat Ship. They're apparently on tour now, up north. As they explain on Facebook, "what the fuck is wrong with us? its February. dumb. north winter bad. we're gonna die. I love you mom. we love you jack black."

4. Wolf Smart - "Swing Without A Rope"
Wolf Smart is Oliver James Graham, a musician and writer based in North Little Rock. Here's a song he claims he "wrote in ten minutes." It's nice.

5. Dizzy D ft. Pepperboy - "Never Look Down"
A song about the world being very cold. The video finds Pepperboy and Dizzy D wandering around downtown Little Rock, checking out the library, the Butler Center, the Ron Robinson Theater. They drive up Asher, past the Ritz Motel...

6. DMP - "Foolery"
These days you can do a lot with a Migos flow and charisma and good production values, and high school rap group DMP are living proof.
