Gayle Seymour on women artists of the Depression at AAC

Tonight's Arkansas Arts Center lecture by Gayle Seymour, "Arkansas Post Office Murals: Women Artists of the Depression Era," will go on, but not in the lecture hall as scheduled. Last night's rains backed up roof drains and flooded the lecture hall. No art was damaged; the lecture hall will be closed until April 12.

We've been plowing through some addictive Netflix and Amazon shows in the Ramsey household and these are all really obvious choices but sometimes you need the nudge to embrace the obvious, so: "Transparent," "Better Call Saul," "Nurse Jackie." And we enjoyed "Love," and we sort of enjoyed "The Americans" but then it all becomes too hokey somehow and we quit.
