Each work will be accompanied by statement about the connections the artists have for the places rendered in their work. For Rebecca Thompson, that's a porch; for Laura Raborn, it's a house on island she visited as a child; for gallery owner Dolores Justus, it's a rocky shore. Others in the show include Beverly Buys, Virmarie DePoyster, Randall M. Good, Matthew Hasty, Gary Simmons and Emily Wood.

Other Gallery Walk stops: Gallery Central, 800 Central Ave., is showing sculpture by Amy Hill-Imler and a painting demonstration by Sandy Newberg; and Artists' Workshop Gallery, featuring collages by Pati Trippel and paintings by Pam Reeder;
