For the seventh year in a row, the Downtown Little Rock Partnership is bringing food trucks by the dozens to Main and Capitol streets. This year, the partnership is dubbing the festival, to be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 7, Crave the Culture, promising more than 60 food trucks, zillions of craft vendors, buskers, beer gardens and more, spread out from the heart of downtown to cover six city blocks. Among the trucks: Banana Leaf, Bryant’s BBQ & Catering, Count Porkula, Eat My Catfish, Excaliburger, Katmandu Momo, Kona Ice, Le Pops, Shambala Mobile Vegan Kitchen, Southern Gourmasian, Taqueria Jalisco San Juan, the WunderBus and several food trucks from Memphis: Delish Desserts, Memphis Mojo Cafe and Memphis Soft Serve. The festival, a collaboration between the Downtown Little Rock Partnership and its Main Street Revitalization Committee, saw a record turnout last year of nearly 40,000 people, the partnership says. HS
