The Envelope, Hollywood-Elsewhere.com weigh in

with their predictions.  Man, this is intense.  I thought we'd have a few more weeks at least before people started shooting out their predictions.  But with most major films having debued at film festivals or before select critics, the horse race (and the high powered marketing campaigns) can begin.

Big surprise here, Little Miss Sunshine for Best Picture.  The Best Actress category seems to be coming together.

Seriously, someone needs to get me some screeners.
