Another studio fight?

This time it involves DreamWorks, the studio founded by Steven Spielberg, Jeffrey Katzenberg and David Geffen.  The studio was sold to Paramount, but Spielberg is fighting for more control and independence.  This is much like the fight the Weinstein brothers had with Disney.  They lost, by the way.
