The New York Times has an interesting profile of Tatum O'Neal, the youngest person ever to win an Oscar.  O'Neal, made even more famous to her marriage and eventual divorce from tennis great John McEnroe, is fighting to get back into the acting game.

There's a lot in this article I didn't know about O'Neal.  It's a bit of a sad story, but maybe she can make it back.  "The Bad News Bears" still remains one of my all-time childhood favorites.

Thanks to Philip Martin for a shout-out in his Friday MovieStyle column.  I haven't posted my Netflix queue in a while, so here it is.Frozen River; Miracle at St. Anna; Hellboy II: The Golden Army; Happy-Go-Lucky; and Cadillac Records - - all 2008 releases that I missed.
