The last time I was in New York, I had the pleasure of experiencing the amazing art exhibit "The Gates" conceived by Christo and Jeanne-Claude in Central Park.  It appears that a documentary was made about the 26-year venture to get to project completed.  "The Gates" debuts at the Tribeca Film Festival on Saturday May 5th.
