Casting for the new film "The Incredible Hulk" starring Ed Norton continues.  Liv Tyler has been cast to play the role of Betty Ross and Dark Horizons reports that Tim Roth is in talks to play the Emil Blonsky a/k/a the Abomination, a vicious mercenary who deliberately exposes himself to a larger dose of gamma rays that caused Bruce Banner to morph into the Hulk.

Filming begins in June in Toronto and it will release sometime in 2008.  Louis Leterrier ("The Transporter") is directing from a script written by Zak Penn ("X2" and "X Men: The Last Stand").

  • City ethics update; campaign limit was supposed to help the little guy

Some more history on the Little Rock city ordinance that limits candidates for mayor and City Board to raising campaign funds to five months before the November 2018 election. It raises questions not only about Warwick Sabin's fund-raising tactics, but also Mayor Mark Stodola's carryover money.
