For those of you interested in box office numbers, "Transformers" is projected to score at 7-day total of $152 million in box office receipts.  If true (the numbers are based on a projected $19.1 million today), Michael Bay's visually compelling disaster will be the highest grossing non-sequel of all time passing Spidey 1 ($151 million), The Passion of the Christ ($142 million) and Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone ($129 million).
