Paul Cullum of The Los Angeles Times talks with Milos Foreman about his upcoming film "Goya's Ghosts" and the parallels between the themes in this film about the Spanish Inquisition and the Iraq war.  Foreman hasn't directed a film since 1999's underrated "Man on the Moon" starring Jim Carrey
