Lou Lumenick isn't a fan of Wes Anderson's "The Darjeeling Limited" which opens this year's New York Film Festival.   "The last two films to open the New York Film Festival, "The Queen'' last year and "Good Night, and Good Luck'' in 2005, went on to Best Picture nominations. There isn't going to be a three-peat for this year's opener, "The Darjeeling Limited,'' which was greeted by stony silence at the end following its first press screening yesterday at the Walter Reade."
