Re: “A prayer for Little Rock

If Scott is a real member of the clergy, why does he not have credentials registered with the clerks office to perform weddings? Still no word about his sealed criminal case.

Re: “Frank Scott Jr. promises 'new day', draws large crowd in Little Rock mayoral inauguration ceremony

Scott claiming a mandate is just like Trump claiming he has one. The only difference is that Scott received the majority of the vote in the LR mayoral run off election election - 58.12% of 39,001 voters- out of a pool of 128,520 registered voters (only 30% of all registered voters actually voted in the run off election) when in the Presidential election the popular vote (vote of the people) went to Clinton. In the General Election on Nov, 5th - 52.74% (67,783 of 128,520 registered to vote) of the registered voters turned out to vote for a mayoral candidate. In the runoff only 30.35% (39,001 of 128,520 registered voters) voted in the Dec 4th run off election. 22,668 folks voted in the run off for Scott to elect him mayor. That's 17.64% of the registered voters in the city. Not a mandate by anyone's definition.

He can be transparent about his sealed criminal case and his attempt to use his position as a highway commissioner to bully Ark. State Police to terminate their investigation of his involvement with a prostitute that lead to his arrest.

Re: “Gun violence map finds clusters of bullets

Too bad we can't compare this map with the sketchy ShotSpotter software.

Re: “Unfinished business as Stodola era ends at Little Rock City Hall

And that carryover fund..that was mentioned at the last board meeting. I suggested that if he was having problems finding causes to donate it to that Rev. Benny Johnson and Arkansas Stop the violence could use some cash for their annual bike giveaway. Stodola said he would make a donation. After a delay, he finally gave a check for $1,200 to Rev. Johnson, but the check was made out the Victory over Violence, the PR stunt that Fox16 is running to garner favor with the FCC.

Re: “Unfinished business as Stodola era ends at Little Rock City Hall

Records obtained via a FOI request reflect that Stodola filled out PTO slips for only 492 hours of time off in 12 years as mayor. His benefits were to be comparable to that of the city manager (It is my understanding that Bruce Moore received 11 days or 264 PTO per year and that Stodola received 33 days or 792 hours of PTO per year). Bruce Moore got 264 hours a year PTO and could only carry over 500 from one year to the next. As I understand, Stodola was only allowed to carry over 500 hours from 2017 and he earned 792 on January 1, 2018 of which he has used 34 hours leaving a balance of 758 hours of PTO. Add 500 and 758 and you get 1,258. Stodola's hourly wage is $76.923 (according to the city attorney) so his PTO payout should be $96,769.13.

I also understand that Stodola's position is that he has 2200 hours of accrued and carried over PTO that has a payout value of $169,230.60. Then you add in the balance of PTO he has for 2018, 758 hours (which has a payout value of $58,307.63) and according to his reasoning then he is entitled to $227,538.32.

Re: “Scott announces inaugural events from prayer service to party

Its time for Scott to provide details about his sealed criminal case involving a prostitute.
