Re: “Casinos group sues AG Rutledge

Obviously time is not of the essence when one fails to cost the impacts of the industry in the public heal t and we'll being. Gave little brother a series of B&W photos of the man who experienced alcoholism who sat on the steps of the Post Office on PA Avenue. Tonight on the way home went by those same steps but was forced to go around the side to try and speak to the man who owns the building now. I am PO'd!

Re: “Arkansas Supreme Court racking up big legal bills in Wendell Griffen dispute

Judge is wrong about the concept of dog in court, for someone who has experienced emotional trauma, the idea of the dog in mental health and recovery is a legal reality for healing. We call that a service dog, though to become stronger, where does one find comfort? The meds doled out are problematic and the history of mental health care is an absolute disgrace, that in essence has cases of indirect murder. (Or directions towards poverty, for I would begin to experience being sent anywhere but here, now being typed in the library of the National .... a few blocks from the Capitol in D.C.). I guess dr. Teague showed us the right images to understand spectroscopy, design, being tied to the Arts, as practiced liberally... even if the word causes a few conservatives to have curled lips... bout like a pig's tale!

Peace, Merciful Justice and the Truth, the Whole Truth and Nutting but the Truth, so help me Art!

P.S. - A dog in the mind of Southern Politics may activate the pain of the image of the German Species of Shepherds in the civil rights era. Though in Law, if the client has a dog in court, the peace we all seek, to love the idea of God, requires a stilling, a quietness of the principles by which life freely and liberally organizes, though the engineers may need to reduce the tons of pollution! And finance needs to go and finance PEACE!

Re: “March again, this time for science

Understanding the difference between science as in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math is much different than Science, Technology Engineering. Art, and Math. On the way up to D.C. to take in the Outlier Art Show, one also could ponder the Spiritual nature of how a Hendrix College might operate in contrast to a public university. Just think of cancer and how we can talk and engineer for travel into outer space while ignoring the inner space. Do we confuse the issues where causality becomes ignored at more sensitive levels of explanation?

Re: “Groundbreaking for memorial for Elaine Massacre victims draws controversy over location

To realize an expression of ART, in the necessity of healing requires little, but a whole presence of the Divine... The aesthetics of learning how to release and honor the Garden as understand in the Being!

Re: “Dumas, nonprofit note barriers to progress in Arkansas and the South

You might wish to look at the writings of Howard Odum, who would write about the sociology of Folk and Culture. His sons Eugene and Howard would develop into great teachers, that understood the ecology(s) and energy. Howard was rooted in S.C., Eugene in Georgia and Howard at the University of Florida. While I had hoped to realize the doctorate (Dr. Steel of Hendrix said I would need "the union card"), my efforts to matriculate into higher ed would fail and then the depression emerged followed by an incredible euphoria as answers were being generated within my little brain. And later when I would turn to Legal Aid in need of representation, the young attorney would not assist, so I rec'd the 5 minute pre-courtroom briefing by the appointed attorney to experience a commitment hearing in front of Judge Judith Rogers. A long line of errors, some of mine, but more a response to a level of uninformed consent, I would say needs some sort of expression of being made whole to address the financial losses, humiliation, abuse, from the treatment experience. Ignorance will not win the War, and repeating "You're fired" is not a remedy to some issues that "the invisible public" may not want to face. There are reasons for what is happening, short-term as well as long-term. Knee-jerks may be throwing the operations into chaos, as if we don't already have enough! Warmly!

Re: “As walkouts spread across red states, Arkansas teachers are watching closely

Re: potential to walkout because legislature is not in session ? The issue is that while laws can be created, the termite effect impacts the symbolic house of the Arkansas Traveler. The reality is in an economy that is shifting towards a different foundation, oil use as opposed to an integration of design that is green, pinned by knowledge, real authentic knowledge that has deep roots, not polluted by corruption will show a different pattern. How to realize said expression at this point may not fall within the current practice of politics by sight..... Perhaps this is the reason by Faith! A Faith even beyond the politics inherent to the practice of a particular faith tradition.
