Re: “New Pollution Control commissioner ignores conflict and votes for hog farm

He is not being honest, for honesty, to truth the River that runs through all life, requires one to be respectful of those downstream. Being an environmentalist does not equate with being scientific and informed, though the Arts of LIFE requires of those who really LOVE the ARK, to start truthing the information flows, while being aware of the false nature of futures driven by algorithms. More than Hogs are at stake as well as those who finance the research for public health of ecosystems...

Re: “What about the patients of company suspended from state Medicaid program?

If one looks at the papers signed upon employment by the "organization", but particularly the government, "the bones" so to speak of our Interdependence, there seems to be a lack of understanding of design for few are truly "connected" 24-7 to the machinations of government, much less the marketing that goes along with and within huge corporate worlds. Managing credit which can evaporate quickly if one can not pay ones bills, in a world more akin to a washboard, would quickly remove the dirt if those elected would just agitate until the platforms, the context began to set in motion a tidal wave for integrity. Understand clearly how wealth has accrued in part as function of the bonding houses and the impacts of what affords a community roles by which entrepreneurs can realize their dreams.

Re: “Corporate cash on the local level targets state legislators on school 'choice'

At what point, in the process, does the "independent" cease to be independent? If politics dances around the idea of "power", at what point, do two corrupted parties (a bench with only two legs) require, an empowered third, to provide stability? And if We, a certain type of people, fail to exercise and understand the value of the rocks in the stream, in the foundation, or even to venture a guess at the number of bubbles in the stream/river, then how will the mixture in the bag ever be able to discharge cleaner, more effective policies (that honor the gifts) ?

Re: “Little Rock to settle for half a pig at War Memorial Stadium — a Hog game every other year

The amount of time spent trying to tackle the Great Hog that resides within all, encompasses a certain mystic beyond life. The stadium as object, along with the emotions tied to the place is a burden at the moment, if one is wanting to perpetuate Strength. I would raise a question(s) for showing, holding in the big cup, if there is a way to realize a Peace Memorial, in the Central area? To show the world you can move more than boxes, game equipment and so forth, through space, requires a kind of thinking that goes beyond the rhetoric dancing around now. How do you even know humans will still be playing football if robotics wired into the home might field a game, through home rule? The electronics of this requires significant improvement, but to show other cities and states, that you have the skills, requires a way to bond and finance, public, private and through a separation of powers, even a religious element that by definition, impacts indirectly the myths and stories told throughout time. For History Buffs, see Ebenezer Howard's The Garden City, something that seems to fall like timber in the rush to materialize bricks, mortar, concrete and steel.

Re: “DHS set to introduce emergency rule on ARChoices at legislative meeting Thursday

The money is secondary to the value systems held state by state, no real evidence of a civil rights of equality for those formed differently and age differently. What seems to be happening, is the established method of knowing what the client needed, often less expensive to an institutional response worked. But in a sordid way, the political business that shifts with the party in the driver's seat preyed on the perceived weaker links of a community. Never have met stronger people, who in fighting for the ADA, would push until the law would be passed. So, a challenge is to address administrative laws, then how the system is working, not to use the clients as trial run, which is usually what happens. How come, a management plan has not pulled the situation out of a crisis mode? And then, what or how can economies that lift the unique grouping not have some lift, some black on the balance sheet rather than red? While you report such and such a number of disability being effected, what are the numbers inherent to economies of families, friends, community members whose presence we have felt in dialogue as well as community? To type in this post, might raise some flags, strengthen some bridges, but where is the "We Are Family" now?

Re: “Judge orders DHS to stop using algorithm for home care hours; DHS says services won't be disrupted

The very nature of our language much less the language of law suggests algorithms are already in play even without a computer. For to talk, suggest to the management of public systems, that "monitor" the care of different expressions of disability through ineffective numbers has been and will continue to be a cause of eventual death for the client. Configuring laws to shape and reflect what is assured in the Fed, State, County and local Constitutions through years of correcting responses should be working towards better flow. While hearing the Father of the ADA address a ballroom of citizens about his vision of a city that robustly affirms LIFE, the questions then became how to accomplish the task through plans, designs and engineering. The financial community needs to be in the picture, to help float an accessible boat -- not everyone wants to fly in jets that have windows pop out or on trains that have their dining cars taken off, But if you really want to witness a great day in sports, design for presence by those with disabilities.... to the point we will not have to crawl up the Capitol steps nor chain ourselves to buses. We do work, though we may not fit the job descriptions as being scripted that denies a certain level of "freedom of speech, freedom to peacefully assemble, etc.... And if the human being reflects a content of character, to be forces into positions that go against the grain, will come back to haunt the shaping and movement of power. No excuse to get into "little men" contests when the intelligence is fleeting....
