Re: “Tom Cotton to CIA?

He can do unknowable and massive damage at the CIA. As much as i would love to get him out of the Senate, he cannot hide his evil deeds in that role.

Re: “Fort Smith legislator paid almost $700,000 on port concept. A waste, says one evaluation.

GFTRA, when i first saw the headline, i thought it was about the Russelville boondoggle. Some consulting firms have been milking this for years, dragging out an environmental approval because of said gravesite. Thank the Native Americans for dying there, they have probably prevented a greater waste of money.
Also, the Little Rock Slackwater Harbor comment by AT is well deserved. It is nothing more than a garden -variety industrial park, and all that dredging and dock-making was pure nonsense. The whole McClellan Kerr Navigation Project has had a cost benefit below 1.0 since it began. For many years, the highest category of barge traffic was devoted to the movement of rip-rap from quarries to stabilize the banks of the river...yep, it was created to maintain itself, how wonderful!

Does Pitsch have ANY professional qualifications in the freight transportation area? ArDOT has multimodal planning responsibilities and actually has qualified consultants on retainer for river port studies...this should have come through them IF there was a need to study, which there was not
