Re: “LR Christian bans Mormon 4-year-old

Painting all Christians with the same brush is just as bad as anything the LRCA has perpetrated. Just because one group shows its behind via its intolerance doesn't mean all of Christianity agrees. I believe that by denying this child admission, LRCA is turning its back on a GREAT opportunity God has presented them to further His word in a true Christian manner.

Re: “Who needs balance?

I, too, hate to admit it, but I have to agree with the majority of what you have written in this column. Civility in politics was something that 20th century politicians began glazing over their opinions with so's not to offend any of their constituents. Otherwise, U.S. politics has never truly been civil, nor should it be. That does not, however, mean that it should be petty and ignorant of what is good for the nation, as it seems to have become in recent decades.
Just for your information, I hate to agree with you because I have always felt that you write with an arrogance and self-righteousness I find unpalatable.
