You can always post bail without the help of a Bail Bond, but you have to be able to come up with cash or property quickly. After your case is finished you will get the bail money back, but the number of days from arrest to case resolution could be upwards of 200 days or more, which is a long time to have your money in someone else’s hands. With a Bail Bondsman you only pay a small portion of the bail up front, and you can save more of your money to pay the bills and meet your day-to-day financial obligations.
