Re: “Supreme Court reverses conviction of woman whose baby tested positive for meth

In my opinion all states should have a targeted pregnancy rehabilitation program and rehab programs and counseling for any woman struggling w addiction. I myself am s recovering addict who gave birth to two children that im very blessed to say were healthy when others on methadone were not. My last baby i blessed a family w my lil girl which i didnt find out till i was 5 months along that i was pregnant. And n that time o had been using methamphetamine when i ran short pn my Adderall. I tested positive for the illicit, horrible drug but luckily my babys urine did not. Im still not sure ab the feces. Now i help counsel pregnant addicts and was told they recently passed another law to where the mother csn b charged w a class y felony, child endangerement, intro a substance...etc. is that correct for the state of Arkansas?
