Re: “Tuesday To-Do: Geena Davis

I am proud to have authored many feature length projects featuring positive portrayals of women in realistic situations. I work hard to produce these works and dedicate them to women around the world who seek to balance gender representation in film and media.
Thank you Geena for being such a dedicated leader in this effort. One mensa mommy to another. :)

Re: “Geena Davis on gender in media

@Kyle - Do you always converse with strangers while waiting in Airports? Even speaking as a non-celebrity, I can attest to the hassle of being hounded by chatter-boxes in airports or public places. When I want to maintain my train of thought in preparation for a big meeting, presentation or assignment... Or if I am quietly meditating to relieve jet lag and stress, I don't want to talk to ANYONE! If you had approached me, I'm sure I would have avoided such self absorbed, negative, blood sucking energy too.
