Re: “Justin and Marsha Harris: We have "suffered a severe injustice"

These are the same people who called DHS on me and Oak 8 years ago!! In Marsha's own words she called DHS because she "didn't know who Oak was to the family and wasn't getting any answers from asking around about him" She flat out lied to DHS and said Journey had blood "all over her painties" "the same amount of blood as day 2 or 3 of a woman's period" (Journey had a straddling injury from sliding down the fireman's pole at the park the day before. I'd put medicine and white painties on her that morning before she went to daycare)
I was called to come to Growing God's Kingdom where a DHS officer interrogated me about Oak. Asking me over and over if I thought Oak would molest my child and when she couldn't get me to "roll over on him" they took Journey to the Child Safety Center in Springdale. (I asked to see Journey before they took her and the officer told me I couldn't see her unless I pulled myself together and stopped crying and if I said even one word to Journey while hugging her she would "rip me a new one" and I'd "never see my child again")
There they interviewed me and Mark for hours about our living arrangements since we weren't divorced yet. After the interview a nurse took me to an examination room where she watched me undress Journey and put her in a hospital gown. (they kept her panities) When I was handing the painties to the nurse she said "where is all the blood"? (there wasn't a drop of blood on Journey's painties!!) Then the nurse did a "rape kit" on Journey (my poor baby!!!) and took pictures of the straddling injury. Then they interviewed Journey privately and the only bad thing she had to say about Oak was "he puts me in time out" They concluded that Journey had not been molested in any way and we were allowed to take her home.
I wanted to press charges against Marsha for blatantly lying to DHS but I was told by an attorney that I couldn't because it was "better safe than sorry" and to top it off I wasn't allowed to take Journey out of GGK because it would look suspicious and would prompt another investigation because the case would remain open for at least 6mths.
