Re: “Holding court at University Market @ 4Corners

And BTW, Jeremy Lowry, you are both not old enough and directionally impaired. The drive-in was EAST of that area and apparently you don't remember when it was a family drive-in with a playground down in front of the screen where kids could play if they got bored with the movie. It really was the good part of town and THE TRUTH ABOUT THE AREA is that there are still many many families who live in this area, raise kids, work in the community, and try to have a life while the city tries to ignore us and move continually west. Wander on down here and try out our ethnically diverse community.

Re: “Holding court at University Market @ 4Corners

What do you mean restrict it to Saturday and Wednesday? That's a terrible suggestion. A. It is NOT a farmers' market, it is lunch (which most people eat every day) and 2. Cutting hours is something you do when business is bad and you can't afford to stay open. and First of all, why do you want to hobble a horse that is just starting to run? We who live, work, matriculate in this area are happy to have this option for lunch. I had a Papa's Dog the other day that reminded me what hot dogs are supposed to taste like....wonderful, meaty, luscious! I've never had a dog that good at any restaurant in town including Sonic, where you HAVE TO EAT IN THE CAR.

Re: “Protesters seek Midland School Board resignation

the DITCH behind the school was actually right on the main highway, so much more visibility for us.
